What Reebok sells

Reebok sells footwear and clothing for men, women and kids. Its footwear ranges include Classics models such as Classic Leather, Club C, Club C 85, Classic AZ, Classic Nylon, Glide and Workout Plus, as well as training shoes like Nano X5, running shoes like FloatZig and Float Premier, basketball styles like Engine A, plus golf shoes, sliders and flip flops. Its clothing ranges cover t-shirts, tops and tanks, sweatshirts and hoodies, jackets, shorts, joggers and sweatpants, tracksuits, polo shirts, trousers and football shirts. The shop is organised by sport as well, with sections for gym and training, running, basketball, football, tennis, golf and hiking.

Prices in Reebok’s European shop vary by product. From a sample of 100 products read from the store’s public product list, prices run from 17 EUR to 235 EUR, with a middle price of 100 EUR. Reebok shipping

Reebok ships free on orders over €50 or £50. Orders under that value cost €5.99 for standard delivery in most European countries, including the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden; the charge is €9.95 in the Czech Republic, Finland and Norway, and £5.99 in the United Kingdom and Italy. Once an order is confirmed, the warehouse processes and dispatches it within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days from dispatch depending on the country. Orders are delivered by carriers including FedEx, DHL and Evri, and delivery to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses is unavailable.

Reebok returns

Reebok accepts returns of unworn items bought from the Reebok EU website within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with tags attached and in their original packaging, including the shoebox for trainers. Returns are free when you use Reebok’s returns portal and one of its selected returns partners; return costs vary by country and are shown when you create your return. Once the parcel reaches Reebok, allow 5 to 7 working days for it to be checked and the refund processed, and refunds can take up to 14 days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Reebok does not offer exchanges: if you need a different size, you return the original and place a new order.

Discounts and offers at Reebok

Reebok’s site runs a mid-season sale with up to 40% off, with more styles added, and its sale section includes men’s sale, women’s sale, kids sale, footwear sale and clothing sale ranges. Free delivery applies to all orders over €50 or £50. For most sold-out products, you can sign up for a "Notify Me" email on the product page and be emailed as soon as your size or item is available again.

Good to know about Reebok

Reebok EU cannot cancel orders once placed; to cancel, you start a return through the returns portal and send the item back with the provided label. Your delivery address can differ from your billing address as long as both are in the same country. Items bought in a shop, on another website or from a retailer such as a department store cannot be returned to Reebok EU. For wrong, damaged or faulty items, you log the return in the portal first so Reebok has your order details and photos, then contact customer service.
