What Harumio sells

Harumio sells Korean merchandise from its own store, with products spanning keyrings, manhwa, stickers, doll keyrings, pouches, photocards, acrylic stands and calendars. The store carries official merchandise from series such as Got Dropped into a Ghost Story, Still Gotta Work, Mo Dao Zu Shi, Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint and Wet Sand, as well as K-pop items from artists like ILLIT and MEDIHEAL skincare products. Alongside its own store, Harumio offers a forwarding service that buys items from Korean marketplaces such as Bunjang, Musinsa, Weverse, pop-up stores, fan cafes and thousands of Korean stores.

Harumio prices

Harumio’s catalogue sample lists 100 products with prices running from 7 USD to 380 USD and a middle price of 29 USD. Individual items in the store include a postcard at 3.00 USD, a dialogue sticker at 4.00 USD, a keyring at 9.00 USD and an application kit at 55.00 USD. For forwarding requests, second-hand purchases carry an extra 5 USD handling fee per item, and all orders must be paid in US Dollars.

Harumio shipping

Harumio ships worldwide to all countries, though it cannot ship to a Korean address. Shipping methods include DHL and FedEx Worldwide at 5 to 7 days, and AirParcel, SkyNet, CJ, Ninjavan, Chunghwa, Sagawa and USPS at 12 to 15 days. For most countries, Harumio uses DHL Worldwide Express or FedEx with an average transit time of 5 to 7 working days, while Malaysia and Singapore addresses use regional door-to-door services. All shipping methods come with a tracking number, and the final shipping cost is confirmed by email after the items are physically assessed and weighed at the warehouse.

Harumio returns

Harumio states that items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, and it does not allow exchanges or returns. Refunds are provided solely when a product is unavailable. Any exception must be mailed to Harumio’s Seoul address at the buyer’s own cost, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Items are sourced from official retail channels and warranty is as provided by the manufacturer.
