Its indoor plant ranges include Large & Tall, Easy Care, Air Purifying, Shade Tolerant and HydroCare® Plants. Its pots and planters include Large Plant Pots, Outdoor Planters, Neutral Plant Pots and Ceramic Plant Pots. For working environments it offers fully assembled indoor plant displays, including Business Planters in Cement & Stone, Metallic, Solid Colour and Ceramic & Natural finishes. The product list also covers artificial plants and artificial plant displays.

HORTOLOGY’s prices run from 11.99 GBP to 1019.99 GBP across a catalogue sample of 100 products, with a middle price of 99.95 GBP. Individual items in the sample include a Staghorn Fern – Artificial at 37.99 GBP, a Scindapsus Hanging Bush – FR – Green Yellow – Artificial at 24.95 GBP, a Dracaena deremensis Art – Multi Stem at 64.99 GBP, a Coast Trough Planter – Mountain Khaki at 89.99 GBP, a Chamaedorea cataractarum Stella – Cat Palm at 109.99 GBP, a Yucca – Branched – HydroCare at 149.99 GBP and a Pachycereus Cactus – Potted – Artificial at 159.95 GBP.

HORTOLOGY shipping

HORTOLOGY delivers across the UK, with charges calculated at checkout. HORTOLOGY’s delivery charges depend on the destination, the order value and whether plants are ordered; larger bulkier orders over £200 and pallet orders over £500 carry additional delivery charges calculated at checkout. If an order is fully in stock HORTOLOGY usually aims to dispatch within 2 working days, and courier deliveries use a next day service subject to remote area postcodes, while Royal Mail services require up to 10 working days. Some items have a 1-2 week lead time, and the anticipated delivery timescale is shown just above the add to basket button on product pages. Orders are dispatched once all items are in stock, and part-shipment can be arranged for an additional shipping charge.

HORTOLOGY returns

HORTOLOGY returns plants within 14 days from the day of delivery and other non-perishable items within 28 days. If you are unhappy with your plants you can return them within 14 days from the day of delivery for a refund or replacement, provided the original packaging has been retained; plants must be returned in their original packing boxes. For change of mind on plants, you have 7 days at your cost, excluding Special Order and Made to Order items, and the cost of delivery is not refunded. For other non-perishable items such as pots and planters, you have up to 28 days: contact HORTOLOGY within 14 days of receiving your items, then return them unused, in a resalable condition with original packaging, tags, labels and accessories within a further 14 days, at your own cost and risk. Orders for large specimen plants, HydroCare plants and plant displays cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind.

Discounts and offers at HORTOLOGY

HORTOLOGY’s Horty Rewards loyalty programme lets you earn 10 Horty Points for every £1 spent on eligible purchases, free to join by creating an account. You can redeem 300 Horty Points for a £1 discount, up to 10,000 points (£50 discount) in a single transaction, with discount codes valid for 1 year from the date they are issued. Horty Points remain valid for 2 years from the date they were earned. HORTOLOGY’s refer-a-friend programme gives your friend £5 off their first order with a minimum spend of £50, and you receive a £5 discount on your next order once they complete their purchase. Only one discount code can be used per order.
