Jeulia offers a 30-day return and exchange policy: unused items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged as long as the brand is contacted within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns are processed within 5 days of the package being received, and refunds go to the original payment account or as store credit. Jeulia reimburses $10 as return shipping fee via store credit when the wrong item was received or an item is broken, defective or has an incorrect engraving, with contact needed within 48 hours of receiving the order.
