Jomashop shipping

Jomashop states that over 10 million packages have been shipped. On returns, the initial cost of shipping from Jomashop to the customer is deducted from the refund, and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Jomashop returns

Jomashop allows new items to be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, excluding shipping and handling charges. Pre-owned items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required, obtained through the Returns Center, and RMA numbers are valid for ten days. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all accessories, serial-numbered security tags and original packing materials; returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items under $7,000 USD carry no restocking fee, while special orders carry a restocking fee of 8% or final sale policies. Skincare, haircare and makeup items are not eligible for returns or exchanges except where items are damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped. All returns must be shipped via insured ground service with a valid tracking number, and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
