Jordan Craig ships to all 50 US states, including Washington, DC and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Its standard Shotgun shipping delivers in 3–7 business days, and the FAQ states that shipping times are approximately 2 to 5 business days once the package leaves the facility. A Skip the Line option and a Private 2-day air option are also available, with same-day shipping on orders received by 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders may be delivered by UPS, DHL, or the US Postal Service. Jordan Craig does not ship outside the USA.

Jordan Craig accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unwashed, unworn aside from trying them on, unaltered, and with all garment tags attached. For the first, second, or third purchase, returns are only available with Neighborhood Watch by Redo, which also gives one free exchange on Final Sale items. From the fourth purchase onward with the same email address, most items can be returned for a $12.99 reprocessing fee. TRUE Annual members receive free returns on all orders except Final Sale items.
