Delivery estimates are shown on each product page once a size is selected. International shipments are subject to duties and taxes, and custom and import charges are not included in the shipping charges.

KissDress returns

KissDress accepts returns that are postmarked within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returns postmarked within 15 calendar days of delivery are eligible for a refund and store credit, while returns sent within 30 calendar days but after 15 calendar days are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Refunds carry a 15% restocking fee per dress plus the applicable return shipping fee; the fee is waived for store credit and for exchanges returned in original condition. Prepaid return label flat rates for domestic orders are 9 USD for short dresses, 12 USD for long and wedding dresses and 20 USD for quinceañera dresses. Dresses must be unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached, and accessories, shoes, customized items and final sale items are excluded.
