The range covers CPAP batteries, travel batteries, backup batteries, adapters and cords, as well as cleaning devices and cleaning supplies. Lofta lists CPAP alternatives including eXciteOSA and anti-snoring mouthpieces, and health and wellness items such as the Stelo Biosensor, sleep supplements and sleep comfort and monitors. Services include the Lofta Home Sleep Test, LoftaCare and CPAP prescription renewal.

Lofta shipping

Lofta ships free on orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders totaling $50 or more ship for free by standard shipping and typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $7. Expedited options include 2-business day shipping for $15, next business day shipping for $25 and Saturday delivery for $50. Most orders placed and cleared before 12:00 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday excluding holidays, ship the same day. Lofta does not ship internationally except to military APO, FPO and DPO addresses. A signature is required for CPAP device deliveries and for all orders over $500.

Lofta returns

Lofta allows returns within 60 nights of delivery. New and unopened items can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method, with all original packaging and manuals. Most used or opened products can also be returned within 60 nights, refunded as Lofta Store Credit that does not expire, or to the original payment method with a 15% restocking fee. Expedited shipping costs are not refunded. Refunds may take up to 10 business days. Certain products, including the Home Sleep Test, Stelo Glueclose Biosensor, batteries and power converters or adapters, solar panels, LoftaCare subscriptions and Lofta Gift Cards, must be new and unopened to qualify. Returns are started through Lofta’s returns portal with an order number and email address.
