The about page states that most orders reach the buyer’s inventory in about 30 seconds. Luger.GG returns

Luger.GG operates a 24-hour delivery guarantee: if items are not received within 24 hours, the buyer can request a refund within the next 7 days, provided they attempted the automated delivery system at least twice. Refunds may take 3-5 business days because of the payment processor, and Luger.GG reserves the right to issue an approved refund as store credit instead of a return to the original payment method. Store credit is issued for the full approved amount, is redeemable only at luger.gg, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Items that have already been claimed are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, as delivery is fully automated. EU customers may request withdrawal for an unfulfilled order, or one where items have not been claimed within 14 hours, by contacting the shop with the word "WITHDRAW"; once digital items are delivered, the right of withdrawal is lost.
