Orders over 5kg are shipped free by DPD in 2-4 working days, and a DPD Next Working Day option is available for £6.00 on orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday, excluding Northern Ireland. The Royal Mail option is only available on orders weighing under 5kg. Shipping to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands uses the Royal Mail Holiday Service at the same price bands, free over £65. Shipping costs are calculated on the grand total of the order and are recalculated if a discount code or loyalty credit is applied.

Manuka Doctor returns

Manuka Doctor allows returns within 14 days of delivery for a change of mind, provided the product is unopened, in its original packaging and sealed. The customer pays the return postage, and the brand recommends using a tracked courier service. Faulty or unsatisfactory products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If a faulty product is confirmed, the return postage is refunded; otherwise the customer covers the cost. Products are returned to the brand’s warehouse in Leicestershire, and refunds are processed once the product has been received back.
