Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Margaux returns

Margaux accepts returns of merchandise in new and unworn condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund, and within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange on U.S. orders. Canadian orders qualify for a refund within 14 days of receipt and exchanges within 30 days. Items must be free of wear, scuffing, creasing, debris or damage and returned with all original packaging, including the box, dust bags and inserts. Return Protection can be added before placing an order for 3.98 USD, covering return shipping and qualifying the order for free returns and unlimited exchanges; without it, returns and exchanges carry a flat-rate 11 USD fee. Final sale items, including socks and hosiery, Archive Sale and Sample Sale purchases and custom bridal orders through the Atelier, cannot be returned.
