Maxiscoot shipping

Maxiscoot ships free on orders over 119 euros within the EEA, with France free from 89 euros. Standard shipping to Germany starts at 4.90 euros, to France at 7.90 euros, to Spain at 9.90 euros and to Italy at 11.00 euros, with the final cost calculated in the cart based on weight and volumetric weight. The shop delivers to over 200 countries, and local taxes and customs duties outside the EU are not included and are charged separately by customs or the courier. Orders are shipped only when all items are available, and partial delivery of available items at no extra cost is possible if an order is delayed significantly.

Maxiscoot returns

Maxiscoot accepts returns of items delivered no more than 30 days ago, provided they are new and unused, not installed, free of scratches or installation damage, and in their original, undamaged and untaped packaging. The buyer pays the return shipping costs, and freight collect packages are not accepted. Returns are generally refunded to the original payment method, and an exchange for another item is not possible. Processing can take up to 14 days from receipt of the return, and refunds are normally issued within 5 business days after the return arrives.

Buyers can register for a notification service to receive an email when a product is back in stock. Order status can be checked under My Account, and guest users receive email updates.
