MFI Medical accepts free returns within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Items must be returnable, unopened, unused, in original packaging, and safety seals cannot be opened or broken. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving delivery, and authorized returns must be returned within 10 business days of the return authorization. Most returns are processed through the Online Returns Center. Once an item is received at the fulfillment center, it takes approximately 5 business days to be processed and 5 business days for the refund to appear in the account. Shipping fees are non-refundable except when due to an MFI error. Electronics that did not start on arrival, arrived damaged, or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Customizable products must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Installation fees can be canceled up to 48 hours before the service is performed.
