Mia Tui shipping

Mia Tui ships free on orders over £25.00 within the UK, using Royal Mail with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 days. Orders under £25 can use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £3.50, also 3–5 days, Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £3.99 in 1–2 days, or Next Day Delivery for £6.99 when ordered before 1:00 pm Monday to Thursday. The cut off time for standard UK deliveries is 1:00 pm, and orders placed after that ship the next working day, Monday to Friday. International shipping is charged at £9.99 to Europe, £6.99 to Ireland, £10.00 to the USA and Canada, £10.00 to Australia and New Zealand, and £12.99 to the rest of the world, with delivery times of up to 14, 7, 15, 15 and 28 days respectively. All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid, so customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Mia Tui returns

Mia Tui lets you return items within 30 days of receiving your purchase for a refund, while non-Mia Tui products must be returned within 14 days. The brand offers one free exchange on all UK orders, with a £4.50 charge for a second exchange, and purchases of £15 and under are not eligible for the free exchange policy. Returns made through the Royal Mail portal carry a £4.50 charge, or you can return items at your own postage cost. Items must be in new and unused condition, with tags attached and in original packaging, and all returns go through a quality control check. Postage and packaging are non-refundable.

Discounts and offers at Mia Tui

Mia Tui’s own pages describe bundle offers that add free items to an order: a travel bundle includes a free RFID travel wallet worth £21, a backpack bundle includes a free Lottie crossbody bag worth £25, and cross body bags include a free strap or coin purse worth up to £15. The site also lists an Offers page with backpack bundles, travel bag bundles, cross body bag bundles and a Uni Starter Kit offer, plus an Outlet and a Factory Seconds section. Only one promotional code can be used per order, and loyalty vouchers can only be used on full-priced items.

Good to know about Mia Tui

Mia Tui was founded in 2010 and its bags are still made in Vietnam in a factory under the Mia Tui brand name. The bags are made from a high quality, man-made fabric designed to look like leather, and no animal-based products are used anywhere in the Mia Tui bag range, so they are suitable for vegans. The brand states that its bags have brightly coloured linings so the contents are easy to see, a clip for keys, and most bags come with their own accessory bags. Mia Tui offers a loyalty program with loyalty points, a repair shop and repair paint, and care guides for its faux-leather. Orders are despatched from Newport Pagnell, with standard delivery handled by Royal Mail and Next Day Delivery orders sent with DPD.
