Within the EU and UK, a return fee of €9,95, £9.95 or 49 zł is charged per return shipment, depending on the country; in Switzerland, the buyer pays for return shipping using a carrier of their choice. Returns are registered through My Pages or via a link on the site. Once the return is received, NLYMAN processes it as quickly as possible and no later than within 14 days, issuing a refund after inspection. Certain products with broken seals cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, including underwear, cosmetic products, swimwear, hair dryers, razors and electric toothbrushes. In NLYMAN’s Flagship Stores, purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days in the store where the purchase was made, with the item unused, labels attached and the receipt presented.
