NVGTN does not cover return shipping costs, and the cost of the return label is deducted from the final refund amount. Original shipping costs are not refunded when an entire order is returned. Exchange requests can only be made for the same item and colour in a different or the same size. Customers outside the United States, including Canada, can only return items, not exchange them. All undergarment sales are final for hygiene reasons.
