Papier returns

Papier gives all paper people 30 days to return unpersonalised paper pieces and desk accessories, and returns are completely free and organised through its customer service team. Personalised products are made to order and Papier does not typically accept returns on them, but customers who are not fully happy with an order can get in touch within 30 days of the order date.

Discounts and offers at Papier

Papier offers 10% off your first order and 20% off your first photo book when you sign up to emails, and the discount code is sent to your inbox. The site also lists 25% off your second book and 15% off for students. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
