All returns require approval before sending, and once approved the return must be shipped within 7 days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Custom kits are not eligible for free returns, but a custom kit that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect is covered by a free replacement or another appropriate resolution. Cancellations and order changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
