Orders to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly are subject to a small delivery fee, with delivery within 1-5 working days. For orders containing a larger quantity of items, Pebble Grey offers a pallet service so items arrive together, and it offers discounts on orders containing five or more units, which are placed by phone. For destinations outside the UK, customers contact the customer service team, and Pebble Grey is not responsible for any import duties incurred on international orders.

Pebble Grey returns

Pebble Grey gives 14 days from the date you receive your goods to initiate a change-of-mind return, with the product unused and in its original packaging, started through the Returns Centre with the order number. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, using a tracked service, and refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of the item being received in acceptable condition. For damaged or faulty items, Pebble Grey gives 30 days from the date of receipt to report the problem, and for valid claims it arranges collection at no cost and sends a replacement or issues a full refund. Returns cannot be accepted for products that have been installed, modified or used, or for change-of-mind returns submitted after 14 days, and a 20% deduction is applied to the refund when an item is returned without its original outer packaging.
