Pink Chicken ships free on orders over $175. All US continental ground orders over $175 ship free, and all ground orders under $175 have a shipping cost of $10. There is a flat rate of $35 for 2-Day Shipping, and overnight shipping is calculated based on your order total and location. Ground orders placed by 10am EST Monday to Friday ship within 48 hours from the warehouse in Blackwood, NJ, and Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders placed by the same cutoff ship the same day. Pink Chicken allows 5-8 business days in transit for all ground orders. Pink Chicken also ships internationally through a partnership with Zonos; orders shipping to the United Kingdom must have a subtotal over £135, and the brand does not ship to Hong Kong, Algeria, Armenia, Bahrain, Djibouti, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Libya, Madagascar, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Seychelles, Syria, Tanzania and the United Arab Emirates.

Pink Chicken returns

Pink Chicken allows 21 days from the date of purchase to return an item via its returns portal. Full priced items can be sent back within 21 days of purchase for a full refund, and an $8 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund. Items must be unworn and in original condition and packaging. Sale items marked 20%-30% off may only be returned for store credit and can be exchanged for another size if available. Sale items marked 40%-60% off are final sale and cannot be returned. International orders are final sale, with one exception: orders shipped to an address within the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom can be withdrawn within 14 days of receiving the goods.
