PlanetBox ships free on orders over 100 USD to contiguous US physical addresses, excluding taxes. The free domestic shipping offer excludes Hawaii, Alaska, military addresses, international addresses and PO Boxes. Shipping is otherwise calculated by weight, package size and destination, and the options and costs are listed in the shopping cart before checkout. International orders include duties and taxes in the shipping fee. Order processing takes 2-7 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding major US holidays, and the warehouse is in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Standard domestic shipping has an estimated transit time of 5-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day 2 business days and UPS Next Day 1 business day. Internationally, UPS Worldwide Expedited has an estimated transit time of 4-6 business days, subject to customs delays. PlanetBox does not currently offer shipping to Brazil, China, India, Kazakhstan, Russia, South Africa, South Korea or Ukraine, and it cannot ship to PO Boxes.

PlanetBox returns

PlanetBox accepts returns within 60 days of receipt for products bought through planetbox.com. A Return Authorization Number must be requested in advance, and refunds cannot be guaranteed without it. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and once a return is processed the refund is credited back to the original payment source. The 60-day policy applies only to direct purchases from the PlanetBox website; purchases made via third-party retailers are subject to that store’s return policy.

PlanetBox offers free domestic shipping to contiguous US physical addresses on orders of 100 USD or more, excluding taxes. The brand’s site also has a Sale section in its shop navigation, and a Rewards section. No other discount, bundle or group offer is stated on the pages read.

Good to know about PlanetBox

PlanetBox warrants its stainless steel products against defects in material or workmanship for five years from the date of purchase, and soft goods for one year. The warranty applies to products bought at planetbox.com or from a PlanetBox authorized retailer, and its obligation is limited to replacement of the same or an equivalent product, or a refund for products purchased within the last 90 days on planetbox.com. Every PlanetBox item is stated to be fully compliant with FDA, CPSC and CPSIA regulations and is tested by CPSC-accepted third-party laboratories. The lunch boxes are made from 18/8 and 18/0 stainless steel. Customer Care Staff are available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm MT, excluding US holidays. An order can only be cancelled as a whole, by email by 5:00 PM MT on the day it was placed; items cannot be changed, added or removed once an order has been placed.
