Redken shipping

Redken ships free on orders over $50. The brand states complimentary ground shipping when you spend $50 or more. Auto-replenishment subscription orders receive 10% and free shipping, and members of the Redken Loves You Rewards program at the Obsessed tier receive free ground shipping on all orders. Certain styling products, including hairsprays, dry shampoos and mousses, are required to ship by ground within the United States because of U.S. Department of Transportation and USPS shipping regulations.

Redken returns

Redken accepts returns within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items purchased from Redken.com must be returned to Redken.com and cannot be returned to a Redken Consultant Salon or another authorized retailer. To start a return, a return label is generated by entering the order ID and email address, the items are packed with the packing slip and the package is dropped at a UPS location. Customers are responsible for return fees, and Redken allows up to 7 business days for a return to be processed and the payment refunded, excluding the cost of shipping the return. Refunds on shipping are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped, arrives defective or arrives damaged. Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of submission through the order history section of the account.

Redken offers 15% off your first purchase when you sign up for emails and text, and 15% off your first purchase when you sign up and take the hair quiz.
