Reprimo delivers to over 175 countries, with a tracked service to Europe at £11.95 taking 2 to 4 days and a tracked service to the rest of the world at £19.95 taking 3 to 5 days. Orders placed after 2PM begin processing the next business day, and orders placed on Friday after 2PM begin processing the following Monday.

Reprimo returns

Reprimo offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are started through the Returns Portal or by contacting Reprimo, and a return shipping label is provided once the return is accepted. Reprimo allows up to 7 working days to process a return, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are also handled through the Returns Portal, with the same 7 working day processing time.
