Rhone returns

Rhone offers free returns and exchanges on all U.S. orders. Items must be unworn, non-final sale, with original tags attached, within 45 days of purchase, and shoes, undergarments and accessories must be in original unopened packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and returns are also accepted at Rhone retail stores. For international orders, Rhone currently cannot provide return labels or exchanges, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including taxes and duties.

Rhone advertises 15% off, shown in the site header, and offers bundle and save pricing on several products. A sale section is listed for men and for women. The site also lists community discounts through its Rhone Pro Program and community partnerships, and a resale section for pre-owned items.

Rhone was founded in 2014 by brothers Nate and Ben and describes its mission as making performance apparel that supports physical and mental fitness.
