Fwrd offers free 2 day shipping on all US orders. Overnight shipping is available for $20. Same-day delivery is offered for select zip codes in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas in Southern California, with a flat rate of $50 per order for orders placed by 12:00 p.m. PST. For international orders, Fwrd offers free express shipping (3-6 days) and free priority shipping (4-8 days). All international orders are charged in USD, and duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated on the total merchandise value and shown on the review page before the order is submitted.

Fwrd returns

Fwrd accepts returns within 30 days from receipt for a full refund, provided items are in their original condition, unworn and with original tags attached. During the holiday season (Nov. 1st to Dec 25th), returns are accepted after 30 days so long as they are received by January 10th. International exchanges and returns do not include prepaid return labels or refunds for return shipping costs. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. If an item arrives damaged or defective, Fwrd asks that customer service be contacted within 60 days of purchase.
