Ruti shipping

Ruti ships free on US orders over $100. Orders take up to 2 business days to process before shipping, and standard delivery within the continental United States takes approximately 7–10 business days. Expedited shipping is available at a flat rate of $20 for 2–3 business day delivery within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. International orders have taxes and duties included at checkout. Signature-required shipping options cost an additional $7 on top of the shipping speed, and the free shipping option is not eligible for signature requirement. Ruti does not deliver to PO boxes or Army Base delivery locations.

Ruti returns

Ruti allows online returns within 14 days from receiving a shipment for a refund, with an $8 restocking fee deducted from the refund. The restocking fee is waived for customers who choose store credit or exchanges. Returns postmarked between 14 and 30 days from the date of receipt may also be accepted under terms described on the FAQ page. In-store purchases of new, unworn products with price tags attached may be returned within 14 days for store credit only. Diamond tier loyalty members have the ability to return final sale items.

The Ruti Club loyalty program gives Bronze members 1x point per $1 spent, 20% off a birthday gift, and free 7–10 day shipping on all domestic US orders. Silver tier at $500+ annual spend adds 1.25x points and early access to sales. Gold tier at $1500+ adds 1.5x points, 25% off birthday gift, and free expedited US shipping. Diamond tier at $3000+ adds 2x points, 30% off birthday gift, free expedited US shipping, eligibility to sell back Ruti clothes for loyalty points, and the ability to return final sale items.
