SaberMasters shipping

SaberMasters ships all products for free and ships to the US and worldwide. The Ultimate Lightsaber 3.0 Victory, including the single lightsaber option and the BOGO offer, ships from the US warehouse in New Jersey and takes 3 to 5 business days. Limited edition lightsabers, including Legacy Sabers, ship from an overseas production partner and take 2 to 3 weeks. If an order contains both types, the items ship separately and each gets a tracking number. Every order sends an automatic email with the tracking code and link as soon as it ships. Customers can also email or call with questions or issues.

SaberMasters returns

Every SaberMasters lightsaber comes with a 12-month warranty from the day it is delivered, and the brand replaces it at no cost if the blade, hilt, or whole lightsaber breaks. If the 24-Month Warranty extension was added at checkout, coverage runs for 24 months. Customers have 30 days after receiving their order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Items sent back without a return request first cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer, and gift cards cannot be returned. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what was ordered, the customer should contact the brand right away, and the brand will make it right with a replacement. If a customer prefers a refund for a defective item, the item must be returned first. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one they have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method automatically, and the bank or card company may take a few days to process and post it.

Good to know about SaberMasters

SaberMasters began as a vision from its founders, Blagovest and Viktor, and has grown into a full crew of dedicated saber enthusiasts, including product managers, social media experts, and a B2B strategist. The brand was founded in 2020 and released The Ultimate Lightsaber 1.0, then the improved 2.0, and now the Ultimate Lightsaber 3.0 Victory after over a year of testing, redesigning, and listening to feedback. The brand is trusted by over 40,000 fans across the galaxy, and its team is always here to help with responsive, human support. The 3.0 has an improved soundboard, clearer speakers, smoother color-changing controls, and full volume settings. It is more durable than the 2.0, with re-engineered screws that eliminate rattling and reduce blade wobble. The battery lasts roughly 30 to 40% longer than the 2.0. The brand offers a 1-Year Standard Warranty, and the 3.0 comes in a premium box with a protective outer sleeve to prevent shipping damage.
