What Saltrock sells

Saltrock sells surf-inspired clothing and gear for men, women and kids. The men’s range includes t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, shirts and shackets, fleeces and knitwear, coats and jackets, trousers and shorts, swimwear, wetsuits and rashvests, changing robes and towels, and footwear. The women’s range covers t-shirts, hoodies, fleeces, coats and jackets, shirts and blouses, trousers and shorts, dresses and skirts, swimwear, wetsuits and rashvests, and footwear. The kids’ range includes clothing for girls and boys, plus bags, hats, socks and toys. Accessories span bags, wallets and keyrings, hats and scarves, mugs and flasks, bodyboards and skimboards, skateboards, sunglasses, a pet range, and toys and games. Collections include Best Sellers, Base Camp, Last Light, The Denim Edit, Essentials and The Archive Collection, organised around activities such as surfing, swimming, skateboarding, bodyboarding, cold water swimming and van life.

Saltrock prices

Saltrock prices in the product sample read from its online catalogue run from 1.50 GBP to 55 GBP, with a middle price of 12.50 GBP. Individual items pictured on the catalogue page include the Willow Womens Dungarees at 45 GBP, the Echo Womens Raglan Long Sleeve T-Shirt at 25 GBP, the Fawn Womens Short Sleeve T-Shirt at 30 GBP, the Enya Womens Trousers at 20 GBP, the Glade Mens Padded Jacket at 60 GBP and the Bury Knitted Mens Jumper at 50 GBP. The sale section groups items by price, with t-shirts at £10 and under, kids’ t-shirts at £5 and under, hoodies and sweats at £20 and under, coats and jackets at £35 and under, knitwear and fleeces at £25 and under, and changing robes at £80.

Saltrock shipping

Saltrock ships within the UK only and does not currently deliver outside the UK. Standard delivery orders are sent via the Royal Mail 48 service, with tracking confirmation provided when the order is dispatched, and customers are asked to allow 5 working days from the day of shipping. Next day delivery is available: orders placed between Monday and Thursday before 3pm are shipped the same day, orders placed after 3pm are shipped the next day, and orders placed Friday to Sunday before 3pm are sent the same day but delivered the next working day. Larger items are sent via courier. Click and Collect is also offered.

Saltrock returns

Saltrock offers free UK returns with a 30-day window from receipt of the parcel. Items must be returned in a new, unworn condition with the original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Two free return methods are available: returning to any Saltrock store with proof of purchase, or using Royal Mail’s online Tracked Returns service, where a label can be printed at home or a QR code can be scanned at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Delivery Office. Refunds are issued within 7-10 working days of the return being received, though this may take longer during busy periods. Faulty items can be exchanged for the same item where possible, or refunded if unavailable. Orders placed through TikTok Shop must be returned through the TikTok Shop platform.

Discounts and offers at Saltrock

Saltrock currently offers 20% off everything across its site. A sale section lists items at up to 70% off, with items grouped by price from £10 and under up to £30 and under. A key worker discount is listed on the site. Discount codes apply to full-price items only, cannot be used with any other offer, and are not valid on accessories including surfboards, bodyboards, balance boards, paddleboards, ponchos and wetsuits.

Good to know about Saltrock

Saltrock was founded in 1988 by two surfing brothers who travelled to Cornwall and began printing original surf-inspired designs on t-shirts, naming the brand after their favourite surf break in South Africa. Over 30 years later, the brand still produces surf-inspired designs in Devon, and its products are shipped all over the UK. The brand describes its designs as influenced by a passion for the lifestyle it loves, with freedom woven into the heart of its products. Gift cards can currently only be used in store, though the customer service team can convert them into e-vouchers for online use.
