What The Couture Club sells

The Couture Club sells menswear, womenswear and kids clothing. The mens range covers tops and t-shirts, twinsets, knitwear, tracksuits, hoodies, jackets and coats, pants, performance, shorts, sweatshirts, joggers, denim and footwear, plus caps, beanies and socks. The womens range covers co-ords and sets, tracksuits, jackets and coats, knitwear, leggings, tops, bottoms, sweatshirts, joggers, hoodies and shorts, plus caps, hats and socks. The kids range is split into 1-4 years and 5-9 years, with hoodies and sweatshirts, bottoms and tops and tees in each. The about page also lists cargo pants, dresses, outerwear, co-ord sets and swimwear among its product types.

The Couture Club prices

Prices on The Couture Club’s product list run from 10 GBP to 180 GBP, with a middle price of 80 GBP. Individual items in the sample include a fluffy knit crew at 90 GBP, fluffy knit joggers at 85 GBP, a fluffy knit funnel neck at 100 GBP, a borg funnel neck faux leather aviator at 180 GBP, a reversible puffer coat at 240 GBP, a piped funnel neck track jacket at 90 GBP, piped barrel leg trousers at 70 GBP, a motion blurred long sleeve t-shirt at 75 GBP, a motion blurred emblem t-shirt at 60 GBP, a motion blurred emblem hoodie at 110 GBP and a dice emblem graphic t-shirt at 65 GBP.

The Couture Club shipping

The Couture Club ships free on UK orders over £125 and on US orders over $200. Standard UK delivery by Royal Mail or Evri costs £3.99 and takes 2-4 working days. Next day delivery by DPD costs £5.99 and is available for orders placed by 7pm Monday to Friday, with next day orders placed over the weekend sent on Monday. Click and collect by DPD costs £4.99 and takes 2-3 working days. International delivery is by DHL Express and DPD: the Republic of Ireland costs €12.00 by DHL Express or €8.00 by DPD, the Netherlands the same, Germany, Spain and France €15.00 by DHL Express or €12.00 by DPD, the rest of Europe €15.00 by DHL Express, the USA and Canada $18.00 by DHL Express, Australia $25.00 by DHL Express, and the rest of the world £35.00. UK packages are sent via Royal Mail, Evri and DPD, and international packages via DHL Express and DPD.

The Couture Club returns

The Couture Club gives UK customers 14 days from the date of delivery to register a return through its returns portal, for a refund, store credit or exchange, and items must be returned within 14 days of the portal request being submitted. A request submitted after day 14 up to day 28 still qualifies for a store credit or exchange, but no full refund. International customers have 28 days from receiving their parcel to return unsuitable items. Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached and in their original packaging, and socks and underwear are non-refundable for hygiene reasons. Returns are processed within 14 working days of receipt, with a further 7 days for the refund. Exchanges are sent back out on a free standard delivery service once processed. A £4 return fee applies if the brand’s return labels are used.

Discounts and offers at The Couture Club

The Couture Club’s home page states three offers that make an order cheaper: 10% off your first order, 20% off for students, and 15% off when you download the app. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £125 and standard US delivery is free on orders over $200. The returns policy states that discount codes and offers are valid on full price items only unless otherwise advertised, exclude all gift cards and other selected items, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Good to know about The Couture Club

The Couture Club was founded in 2015 by Ross Worswick and Scott Shashua and is based in Manchester, where every garment is designed in house. The brand offers Klarna Pay in 3 instalments at checkout, which splits the cost into three equal payments taken by Klarna from a debit or credit card, with the first payment at purchase, the second 30 days later and the final payment 60 days from the purchase date. To use it you need to be at least 18 years old and a UK resident, and Klarna will perform a credit search. Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed, and online orders cannot be returned to retail stores.
