The Great. ships free on orders over $100 within the 48 contiguous states via UPS Standard Ground. Orders under $100 ship via UPS Standard Ground for $15. UPS 2nd Day Air is $20, and UPS Next Day Air is $35. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship via USPS with an expedited option of $45 for 1-3 day delivery. Orders placed by 1pm PST are typically fulfilled within 3 business days. The Great. offers international shipping to select countries via DHL, with VAT and duties built into product prices.

The Great. returns

The Great. offers free returns and exchanges within 14 days of in-store purchase or 14 days of confirmed delivery for online purchases. Items must be new, unworn, and have all garment tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as store credit. Shipping, handling, import taxes, and duties are non-refundable except for California state sales tax. Items marked FINAL SALE, including custom embroidery, cannot be returned or exchanged. Stetson & THE GREAT. accessories are eligible for exchange only within the same 14-day windows.

The Great. offers a 15% off welcome code for newsletter subscribers, applicable to full-price items with some exclusions.
