What Savers sells

Savers sells health, beauty, household and everyday products across eleven departments. The homepage lists Health & Wellbeing, Perfume, Household, Skin, Toiletries, Makeup, Hair, Baby & Child, Mens, Food & Drink and Pets. Products shown on the site include Lenor Fabric Conditioner, Daz Liquid Detergent, Fairy Washing Up Liquid, Andrex toilet tissue, Sure deodorant, Dove deodorant spray, NiQuitin lozenges, Eveready wipes and Fabulosa disinfectant.

Savers prices

Savers prices many everyday products at £1 and under. The homepage carries an Everything £1 & Under section, and listed items include Eveready Antibac Multi Surface Wipes 80s at £0.85, Fabulosa Concentrated Disinfectant 220ml at £1 and a Clear & Simple pregnancy kit at £1.09. Other listed prices include Andrex Ultimate Quilts toilet tissue at £3.99, Sure deodorant at £2.49 and Daz Liquid Detergent at £5.39. Savers states that its website prices are the same as in its stores.

Savers shipping

Savers charges £4.00 for standard delivery, or half price (£2.00) when you spend £30 or more. Orders placed before 9PM are delivered in 3-4 working days. Premium Delivery costs £5.95 and arrives within 1-2 working days when ordered before 9pm. Click and Collect Express is free, with orders placed at least 60 minutes before the store closes. Premium delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Savers does not deliver to BFPO addresses. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Savers returns

Savers accepts returns within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in a resalable condition and in their original packaging. Perishable items such as food and baby milk, medicines, personalised items and unsealed sealed products are excluded. Returns can be made to a local store with a printed Returns Summary and the payment card used, or by post for free using an Evri return label. Savers states refunds are received within 14 days of the warehouse receiving the item, and exchanges are only available in store.

Discounts and offers at Savers

Savers offers half price delivery when you spend £30 or more. Standard delivery drops from £4.00 to £2.00 at that order value. Click and Collect Express is free on all orders. The homepage also carries an Everything £1 & Under range of products.

Good to know about Savers

Savers accepts MasterCard, Maestro and Visa, and does not accept American Express. Orders can be tracked through My Account under Order History, and Savers emails a tracking link once an order is dispatched. The site does not offer gift-wrapping. Savers delivers throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles and the Scottish Islands, though orders containing flammable products such as aerosols cannot be sent to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands or BFPO addresses. A ‘Notify when back in stock’ button emails signed-in customers when an out-of-stock product returns.
