For orders totalling less than £100, a flat rate of £4.50 is charged. Deliveries take approximately 2 to 3 working days when ordered before 14:30 Monday to Friday, subject to occasional delays from public holidays, closures, and extreme weather. If an order is placed before 2.30 p.m. Monday to Friday, it will be despatched the same day. The carrier will contact the customer by SMS or email on the day the parcel is out for delivery to inform them of the expected delivery time, and deliveries normally take place between 9.00am and 5.00pm. The carrier may require a signature for the goods at the delivery address.

Showers Direct returns

Showers Direct allows customers to return a product up to 28 days post-purchase for a refund, however carriage and payment processing fees will be charged. Once the item has been inspected, the refund is processed back to the original payment method. Returns will normally take around 8 to 10 days for the company to receive and refund the parcel, and the company will notify the customer once it has received the item. If an item has been opened, installed, or had items removed from the box, or if it is no longer in resalable condition, the return will not be accepted. To arrange a return, the customer must contact the company by calling or emailing, and the company will need to know the date of purchase and the address. The company can arrange for a courier to collect the items or the customer can drop the items off at a depot. If a customer is unable to print a returns label, the company can help by sending a returns label in the post.
