SimpleTire shipping

SimpleTire offers free shipping in most cases to any installer partner, business, residence or FedEx pickup location, and free shipping is available in the contiguous United States only. In some cases a nominal shipping fee may be added for tires shipped to a business or residence, for oversized tires such as larger farm, commercial and industrial sizes, or when a minimum tire quantity is not reached. Orders placed before 3pm eastern time typically are processed and shipped the same day, and orders placed after 3pm typically ship the next business day. Depending on the location of the nearest tires, an order may arrive between 1 and 8 business days from the time of purchase.

SimpleTire returns

SimpleTire accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, and only unused tires that have not been mounted or driven on are eligible. Once the tires are received back at the warehouse, a refund is issued to the original form of payment minus 20 USD per tire for return shipping plus any handling fees on the original order. The 20 USD per tire return shipping fee is waived if the buyer places another order or if SimpleTire shipped the wrong tire. Return labels are taped to the tread of the tires and dropped at a FedEx location, or a pickup from home or business can be scheduled.
