What TC Bros sells

TC Bros sells custom motorcycle parts across a wide range of categories. Its site lists air cleaners and intake, brakes, chains and sprockets, crash protection, exhaust, fenders, foot pegs and floorboards, fork tubes, fabrication parts, handlebars, hardtails, lighting, seats, sissy bars, skid plates, throttles, wiring, wheels, tires and tubes, tools and chemicals, and saddlebags and luggage. The catalogue also includes branded parts from other makers, such as Namz harnesses, All Balls bearing kits, NGK and Drag Specialties spark plugs, Arlen Ness calipers and Moto Iron wheels. Parts are organised by model family, including Sportster, Dyna, Big Twin, M8 and metric bikes such as the CB750 and XS650.

TC Bros prices

TC Bros prices its parts in US dollars. A sample of 100 products read from the store’s public product list runs from 0.65 USD to 1370.66 USD, with a middle price of 80 USD. Its own branded items in that sample include a Weld-On Hardtail Kit for 1982-2003 Harley-Davidson Sportster at 429.95 USD, a Mid Controls Kit for 1991-2017 Harley-Davidson Dyna at 374.95 USD, and an 11.8" Front Floating Brake Rotor at 174.95 USD.

TC Bros shipping

TC Bros ships free on orders over 99 USD, but only for retail customer orders with a delivery address in the contiguous United States, the lower 48, whose cart subtotal is greater than 99 USD. Orders placed by 2pm EST ship the same day from Monday to Friday. The brand also ships internationally; the price paid for international freight covers transport costs only, and customs fees and taxes may be charged by the buyer’s own country. TC Bros does not ship to freight forwarders.

TC Bros returns

TC Bros accepts returns within 90 days of the original purchase date, with a 15% restocking fee unless the return is the brand’s error or a manufacturer defect. Items must be new, unused and unopened, and installed, worn or damaged products are denied. Items returned within the first 30 days are refunded to the original payment method; items returned after 30 days and before 90 days are offered as in-store credit only. No returns are accepted beyond 90 days. Buyers must contact TC Bros before returning an item to receive an RMA number, and return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the return is the brand’s error. Electrical items such as charging system and ignition components are not returnable except for manufacturer warranty claims.

TC Bros has been making custom motorcycle parts since 2006 and operates from a 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Ohio, which the brand says enables fast shipping times. Products listed as in stock on the site are physically on the shelf in its Archbold, Ohio warehouse and ready to ship, and the brand does not take backorders. Out-of-stock items can be flagged with a "Notify Me When Available" email alert. The brand also publishes installation instructions on its item pages and offers package protection at checkout.
