Its haircare ranges include the Ginger anti-dandruff line, and its best sellers include Ginger Anti-dandruff Shampoo, Hemp Hand Protector, Vitamin E Moisture Day Cream and Camomile Sumptuous Makeup Cleansing Butter. The brand also sells gift cards in a range of designs.

The Body Shop’s prices start from £3.50 for Ginger Anti-dandruff Shampoo. Hemp Hand Protector is listed from £8.00, Vitamin E Moisture Day Cream from £8.00 and Camomile Sumptuous Makeup Cleansing Butter from £7.00. A sample of 100 products from the store’s product list shows prices running from £3.50 to £77.50, with a middle price of £18. Routine sets include the Hydrating Skincare Routine at £35, the Soothe and Cleanse Collection at £35, the Nourishing Moisture Collection at £27 and the Anti-Dandruff Trio (Large) at £43.

The Body Shop shipping

The Body Shop offers free Super Saver delivery on all UK orders, with an estimated 3 to 5 working days from the order date when you order by 3pm. Standard delivery costs £3.99 and is estimated at 2 to 3 working days from the order date when you order by 3pm. Next working day delivery costs £4.99 and is free when you spend £60, ready for delivery the next working day when you order before 3pm, excluding weekends and bank holidays. At the moment The Body Shop can only send orders to street addresses in the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands, and does not deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses or to any international address.

The Body Shop returns

The Body Shop returns any product within 45 days of the date it was delivered, with your receipt, under its money-back guarantee. Online orders must be returned by post and cannot be returned to stores at the moment, while purchases made in a store can be returned either to a store or to the warehouse. Items bought at The Body Shop Outlet locations must be returned to any Outlet location across the country of purchase and cannot be returned to a regular The Body Shop location. The Body Shop does not refund delivery charges. Items returned without a receipt are offered an exchange or gift card based on the lowest selling price of the item within the last 45 days, factoring in all promotions, discounts and offers.

The Love Your Body Club gives members 20% off their next order, 5 points for every £1 spent, and a £5 reward when you earn 500 points, plus a special gift on your birthday. The Body Shop also offers a refer a friend scheme where you treat a friend to 20% off and get 20% off for yourself when you spend over £20.
