Its sleep range includes pillow sprays, sleep fragrance, bath and body products and travel sets, organised into the Deep Sleep, Sleep Plus and Baby Sleep ranges. Skincare covers cleansers, serums and moisturisers, eye care and sun protection, in ranges such as In Transit, Deep Sleep and My Wrinkles. Body care includes leg care, hand and foot care, body oils, body moisturisers and neck and bust products. The red light category lists a body wrap duo, a power serum and an advanced red light system. This Works ships free on UK orders over £30 with Evri Standard Delivery, which takes 3-5 working days from dispatch and otherwise costs £2.95. Evri Next Day Delivery, for orders placed before 6pm Monday to Friday, costs £4.50 or is free on orders over £50, and Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday, costs £4.50. Delivery to Northern Ireland and selected UK postcodes is available via a Royal Mail service, 2 days from dispatch, for £3.50 or free on orders over £30. All orders are sent on a tracked service. In the United States, This Works offers tracked shipping, 2-6 business days from dispatch, free when you spend $30 or more, or $4.95 on orders below $30. International delivery is usually via a tracked service, with charges based on the destination country and calculated at checkout, and all international deliveries take approximately 5 business days from shipment. This Works ships to a listed set of countries including the United States, Canada, much of Europe and parts of Asia, and is unable to ship directly to Australia and New Zealand.

This Works returns

This Works lets you return any product in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 working days of delivery, where original condition means no scratches or marks on the product and packaging that has not been opened or damaged. UK customers can use a free returns service by contacting the customer care team to obtain a free returns label, while customers in all other countries must arrange and pay for the return themselves. Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, and refunds for products given as a gift can only be given to the original purchaser.
