Items must be new and unworn, in re-sockable condition, and returned in the original packaging. For domestic returns there is an 8 US dollar shipping fee, and for international returns the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, minus the 8 US dollar return shipping fee, and the brand notifies customers by email within five business days of receiving the returned item. Expedited shipping costs and original shipping fees are not refundable.
