tomboyx sells underwear in styles including Iconic Briefs, Boy Shorts, 4.5" Trunks, 6" Boxer Briefs, 9" Boxer Briefs, Bikinis and Thongs, along with Period Underwear and multipacks. Its bra range covers Binders & Compression Tops, Essentials Soft Bras, Racerback Bras and Bralettes. It also sells gender affirming products including tucking underwear, tucking swim, packing underwear and packing swim, plus a swim line with swim tops, swim bottoms, board shorts, one pieces and unisuits. tomboyx ships free on US orders over $75 through its rewards program. Free economy shipping on US orders over $75 is a perk of the free Essential membership tier. Luxe members, who reach the tier by spending $200, get free economy shipping on all US orders.

tomboyx returns

tomboyx accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Garments may be tried on to check fit, but anything sent back must be otherwise unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging, and final sale items are not eligible. For U.S. orders, returns and exchanges are free and the brand covers return shipping, though the shipping fee paid on the original order is not refundable. Each order qualifies for one exchange. For international orders, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and international orders can be returned for a refund but are not eligible for exchange.

Discounts and offers at tomboyx

tomboyx’s own pages describe several ways an order can cost less. Its rewards program is free to join and gives 50 points for creating an account, 1 point for every $1 spent, 100 points as a birthday reward, 20 points for following on Instagram and 20 points for signing up for SMS. Points convert at 100 points equals $5, and can be redeemed at checkout. Referring a friend gives 200 points, a $10 value, to the referrer, and the friend saves $10 on a first purchase of $40 or more. Members also receive early access to new prints and products and member exclusive discounts. The site also has a Sale section.

Good to know about tomboyx

tomboyx was founded in 2013 by Fran and Naomi, and describes itself as queer and women-founded. It developed gender affirming underwear and safer alternatives to binders in 2019, and its first run of boxer briefs, the 4.5" Trunk and the 6" Button Fly, was made with a woman-owned factory and sold out its presale in two weeks. The brand focuses on sustainable underwear built around quality, fit and function, with fabrics including cotton, bamboo rib and TENCEL Modal, and fit-tests its products on people of all sizes.
