Its indoor range covers nursery toys, educational toys, climbing triangles and slides, arts and crafts, robots and remote controlled vehicles. TP Toys shipping

TP Toys ships free on orders of £50 and over within the UK mainland, with a £2.99 charge from £25 to £49.99 and £4.99 under £25. Standard delivery takes 48 hours from dispatch, and orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. TP Toys delivers to the UK mainland only and is unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or BFPO addresses. Other options subject to postcode availability include nominated day delivery, pre-12pm delivery and Saturday delivery.

TP Toys returns

TP Toys accepts returns within 14 working days after the day of delivery at the buyer’s expense. You must contact TP Toys by email or chat first, and a photograph of the goods in the original packaging is required for authorisation. TP Toys can arrange collection, but the charge is deducted from the refund, and refunds take 3 to 7 working days to appear with the payment provider once issued. Assembled products cannot be returned unless faulty.

TP Toys lists a Sale section on its home page and a Great Savings page within its outdoor toys menu. Standard delivery is free on orders of £50 and over. Every TP product bought directly from tptoys.com includes an additional 1-year guarantee free of charge. Klarna’s Slice it option spreads the cost into equal monthly payments with up to 12 months interest free credit, subject to Klarna’s approval.
