Good to know about Twinings

Twinings states that ten generations of the Twinings family have been involved in tea, with milestones including the creation of English Breakfast tea, the invention of the Earl Grey blend, being the first to import green tea and the invention of herbal infusions. The brand says its master blenders evaluate tea using all of their senses and include detailed brewing instructions on its products. The website offers a tea glossary explaining terms such as blend, flush, grading and liquor, and provides recipes for drinks, breakfast, lunch, desserts, ice cream and lollies, smoothies, cakes, sandwiches and iced tea.
