vitamio prices

Vitamio states one price, all the way. What the catalogue says is what the checkout says, with shipping written out clearly before you fill in anything. There are no membership discounts, no invented reference prices, and no pricing that changes depending on who is looking. Next to the price stands the unit price, per kilo, litre or item, so that a large pack can be compared with a small one without doing arithmetic. The page shows some product prices, including Bloom sparkling energy at 24.95 EUR, instant quick bronze top coat sheen gel at 16.90 EUR, flexit gold gel at 10.90 EUR, collagen peptides at 19.95 EUR, super dark competition color base coat at 28.95 EUR, N1 shot at 40.95 EUR, super ubiquinol CoQ10 at 47.95 EUR and 50.95 EUR, and show shine posing oil at 20.90 EUR. vitamio shipping

Vitamio ships from Poland by UPS. The goods sit with the supplier in Poland and are shipped from there directly to you by UPS. Delivery takes 2 to 8 working days across the whole EU and not only to Sweden. Order before 10:00 usually ships the same day. Arrives in 2 to 8 business days in Ireland. Free shipping over 59.90 EUR.

vitamio returns

Vitamio has a returns policy. If you changed your mind, that is the right of withdrawal. You have 14 days, you do not have to give a reason, and you pay the return shipping. If something is wrong with the item, such as damaged, faulty, not what you ordered or past its best-before date, then it is a claim for lack of conformity, and vitamio pays the return shipping. For a faulty item, add a photo if the fault is visible. We reply within one working day with what happens next. Pack the item so it survives the journey, and include the order number in the parcel. Send it to the address below. Contact us before sending a faulty item back, otherwise we cannot arrange the return shipping and you may end up paying for it yourself. The return address is Logicas Sp. z o.o., Vitamio returer, ul. św. Mikołaja 7, 62-080 Swadzim, Polen. This is the warehouse the goods were shipped from, in Poland, not our registered office in Sweden. A parcel sent to the Swedish address does not reach the warehouse. A parcel you never collect is not a withdrawal. It comes back to the warehouse and we refund the goods, but the outbound and return shipping remain payable by you. If you have changed your mind, say so instead, then the withdrawal rules apply and you only pay the return leg. If the parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, photograph it before opening if you can. Email us the same day. Transit damage is our problem to solve with the carrier, not yours, and you get a replacement or your money back.

Good to know about vitamio

Vitamio.eu is operated by Ekovital Norden AB, a Swedish limited company registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The company details are Ekovital Norden AB, Bolmensvägen 13, 120 50 Årsta, Sweden, company reg. no. Vitamio holds no stock of its own. The goods sit with the supplier in Poland and are shipped from there directly to you by UPS. Vitamio says plainly where the goods are and when they arrive. Your contract is still with vitamio, and it is the one responsible for you receiving your order, for it arriving intact, and for refunding you if something goes wrong. Food supplements are food, not medicine. Vitamio describes what a product is, what it contains and how the manufacturer recommends using it. It does not write that it cures, relieves or prevents anything, because that would be both unlawful and untrue. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
