Whitewall shipping

WhiteWall invoices the costs of delivery, and the extent of delivery costs is indicated on the order. For the Masterprint, the piece is inspected by hand and carefully packaged in a special wooden sheath that ensures safe transport and can be reused for further transport or moving. Should taxes or excise duties be incurred on delivery to a country outside the EU, those costs are borne by the buyer.

Whitewall returns

WhiteWall asks customers who are not satisfied with a product to contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the order, providing their name, a detailed description of the problem, the order number and pictures of the issue, and it aims to respond within 1-2 business days. It cannot exchange or refund orders for customer-created errors such as color differences between the customer’s computer and WhiteWall’s professionally calibrated printing systems, typos and misspellings, poor image quality or low resolution, layout errors and missing images, blank pages or mistakes in product design, content quality or product selection mistakes, nor for damage caused by customer handling, storage or treatment. Where WhiteWall reserves the right to request that the product be returned, it may at its discretion offer an exchange or reprint or issue store credit. For works produced to the customer’s own individual specifications and clearly personalised, the statutory right of revocation and return in distance contracts is excluded.

Good to know about Whitewall

WhiteWall is part of WhiteWall USA Inc. The buyer pays the sale price by credit card or by PayPal upon placing the order as pre-payment, and ownership of the works produced remains vested in WhiteWall until all payments are made in full. WhiteWall’s Masterprint is a seamless fine art pigment print under acrylic glass in sizes from a minimum of 70.9 x 47.2 in. (180 x 120 cm) to a maximum of 196 x 94 in. (500 x 240 cm), made to measure, mounted with elastic silicone under glossy color-neutral acrylic glass 1/8 in. (4 mm) or 0.19 in. (5 mm) thick on a black-coated 1/8 in. (4 mm) aluminum Dibond backing, and hung on aluminum rails that keep a 0.78 in. (20 mm) distance from the wall. WhiteWall states that it is the world’s first and only photo lab to cover sizes up to 196 x 94 in. (500 x 240 cm) without any seams, and the Masterprint page notes multi-time TIPA World Awards wins for Best Photo Lab and a 2026 TIPA World Award for its Shopify integration.
