Yepoda returns

Yepoda allows returns within 30 days. A customer who is unhappy with a product can return the order within 30 days, and the right of withdrawal runs for 30 days from the day the customer or a named third party takes possession of the last goods. Refunds, including delivery costs, are made within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal notification, using the original payment method. Goods must be returned within 30 days of notifying Yepoda. Yepoda bears the cost of return shipping when the customer uses the return labels offered by Yepoda; otherwise the customer bears the direct return costs. Damaged or incorrect products should be reported to customer care within 30 days of receipt, with the order number and photos.
