Zendure shipping

Zendure ships free standard shipping on its EU store, with express shipping not available for P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed through Zendure EU use local warehouses for delivery with a 3-7 days delivery time, and shipping time excludes 1 to 3 days of order processing. The store currently ships to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Sweden, with other EU countries and non-EU destinations such as Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom served for selected products. Most items, including the Hyper 2000, AIO Pro 1200, SolarFlow Hub 2000 and smart plugs, have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days in France and Germany, while the 500W bifacial solar panel takes 15 to 20 business days and the 430W bifacial panel 25 to 30 business days. Tracking information is updated within 48 hours of the shipment confirmation email, and orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Zendure returns

Zendure offers a 30-day return window from the date of receipt of an item, extending the legal right of withdrawal under European regulations. Returned items must be in resalable condition and complete with user manuals, original cables and all accessories. For returns not related to a quality defect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and typically range between approximately €150 and €250 for batteries and high-capacity energy storage systems. An order cancelled before shipping receives a full refund, normally within two working days. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and Zendure replaces products that fail during the warranty period due to defects in workmanship or materials with a factory-refurbished model of equal or greater value.
