Zzounds returns

Zzounds guarantees complete satisfaction for 45 days after an order is delivered. It allows returns of almost any product for any reason, and when procedures are followed there are no restocking fees. A return can request an identical replacement item, an exchange for another product, or a refund. If a return results from a damaged or defective product or from the company’s mistake, zZounds pays the shipping charges for sending the item back and sending a replacement. If the product is returned because the buyer does not like it, zZounds refunds the full purchase price, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and does not receive credit for the original shipping charges. Typically zZounds responds to a return request within 1-3 business days, often sooner. Select items are non-returnable.

Discounts and offers at Zzounds

Zzounds offers free shipping on many items and shows shipping costs almost everywhere a product is shown on the site. It has a Lowest Price Guarantee: if a lower price is seen before an order is placed, zZounds will beat it. It also offers 45-day Lowest Price Protection After Your Purchase: if a lower price is seen within 45 days of purchase, zZounds refunds the difference. zZounds offers its four-payment Play as you Pay plan on virtually all new items, and additional payment plans are available for many items. It does not charge interest on any installment order. zZounds occasionally has opportunities to buy B-stock merchandise to offer at special discounts, but it identifies the merchandise clearly as B-Stock or Factory Resealed. Unless it says otherwise, the merchandise is new from the factory.
