1Rebel returns

1Rebel offers an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt, in any of its clubs or via a free postal returns portal. In-club returns require the unused item with its original tags and proof of purchase; after a quality check, staff can authorise a refund or an immediate exchange for a different size of the same product. Refunds take up to 7 days to process and cannot be issued by studio staff at the time of return. Postal returns are made through the free returns portal using the packing slip included with the purchase, and refunds are issued when the product arrives unused, undamaged and in its original packaging; exchanges are not offered via post. The refund policy also states that sale items are eligible for exchange only, that proof of purchase is required with every refund or exchange, and that returns must be made in the same country as the purchase.
