Delivery charges vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the order. For an instant delivery quote without registering or checking out, the site directs customers to its delivery information. The site also lists an article on whether it delivers to BFPO addresses.

Absolute-snow returns

Absolute-snow has a standard 30 day returns policy, allowing any unused item to be returned within 30 days of purchase. For orders made within the UK, customers can use the online returns portal. Subsidised return delivery is offered at a fee of £4.95 for Royal Mail and £5.50 for InPost. Parcels larger than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (H) for Royal Mail, or 41cm x 38cm x 64cm for InPost, must be returned by the customer’s own courier. Items from different orders must be sent separately. All returned goods and their packaging must be in brand new pristine condition, suitable for re-sale, with labels attached to the product. Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and swimwear must have the hygiene strip intact. Worn or used items cannot be accepted. Mounted skis and Phantomed items are excluded from returns. Oakley Meta sunglasses cannot be returned if the security seal on the box has been opened. For orders made outside the UK, a Worldwide Returns Process applies. Returns from Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man are registered through the online returns portal, but the returns system cannot subsidise the postage, so customers pay at the post office. Ventura Roof Tents are subject to a separate returns process: customers must notify Ventura Roof Tents in writing within 30 working days of receiving the goods, and collection is arranged via courier for a charge of £50 per item, with returns of smaller accessories free.
