Arena Flowers returns

Arena Flowers operates a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee covering damaged flowers and failed deliveries. If flowers arrive damaged, the buyer can contact Arena Flowers to arrange a re-send on the next available delivery date or a full or partial refund, with the refund percentage depending on the specific circumstances. Arena Flowers will normally ask for the damaged flowers to be returned or for photographs clearly showing the problem. If a small item such as a balloon or vase arrives damaged or missing, Arena Flowers cannot resend it but will refund its value. The guarantee does not confer an automatic 100% refund but a fair resolution.
