Atkin and Thyme allows customers to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving furniture and to return the item within 14 days of notifying the brand. Items should be returned in a resaleable condition, showing no signs of use beyond what would reasonably be expected when inspecting furniture in a showroom. For unwanted items the customer is responsible for the cost of returns, and the brand recommends using an insured registered delivery company. The brand can arrange a collection on the customer’s behalf at a cost of £10 for standard parcels and £20 for fragile parcels. If delivered items do not match the order, are damaged or are incorrectly supplied, customers should contact the brand within 72 hours to discuss a refund, repair or replacement. The brand is unable to give refunds for damaged items not notified within 72 hours. Original packaging should be retained as the brand is unable to collect items without it.
