Bird Collective processes standard orders within 5 business days and ships worldwide, with international delivery taking up to 28 business days or more. The store does not ship on weekends, and orders placed late in the day begin processing the following business day. Selecting 2nd Day Air or Overnight Shipping prioritises the order for fulfilment, though processing times still apply. Once shipped, tracking information is sent by email and may take up to 72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. Patch subscriptions are sent via USPS without tracking, with domestic patch orders taking 5-15 business days after the shipping notification and international patch orders 10-28 business days. Customers may incur customs fees and import taxes on international orders.

Bird Collective returns

Bird Collective accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, excluding socks and final sale items. Apparel must be unwashed and unworn, and non-apparel items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds to the original payment method carry a $9 processing fee, while exchanges and store credit waive the fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2-5 business days after the return is received. Exchanges are free for domestic orders and limited to the same item in a different size, and they ship to the original shipping address only. Gift returns are eligible for store credit only. Returns of binoculars and optics must be initiated by email, and international customers contact the support team for instructions.
